About

The locksmith on the other end of the line

Locksmith Crevillente is a mobile locksmith: no shop counter, a van, the tools for doors, locks, cars and safes, and a phone that is answered in English and in Spanish.

Who comes out

Someone with 22 years in the trade, who has opened and fitted enough locks to tell you plainly what is wrong with yours, what it will take, and whether it can wait.

The business works from Crevillente, across the whole municipality and the five towns along its boundary. There are no premises open to the public: the work is done at your door, your car or your premises. Every place we reach.

Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails are handled in English and Spanish, and so are the price, the options and the invoice.

How the work is done

Six rules every job follows

  1. No promised minutes. You hear an honest estimate of the drive for your address and the hour, not a number made up to win the call.
  2. The price before the work. It is agreed with you at the door, once the lock has been seen. Payment by cash, card or Bizum.
  3. The lock before the drill. Opening without damage is always tried first.
  4. Proof before opening. Whoever asks has to show they may open that door, car or safe.
  5. Only what is needed. A cylinder rather than a whole lock, a repair rather than a replacement, where that does the job.
  6. A door that locks before we leave. If something had to come out, something goes back in.

Said plainly

Jobs this business does not take

To save you a call: none of the following is done here, at any price.

  • Cutting, copying or duplicating keys of any kind.
  • Spare keys for houses, gates, garages, letterboxes or padlocks.
  • Car keys: no cutting, supplying, replacing or programming.
  • Transponder chips and vehicle remote controls.
  • Ignition barrels and ignition switches.
  • Keys for motorbikes, scooters or vans.

With cars, the work is opening a locked door, nothing else; the details are on the car lockout page.
